ActionKit Integration

The ActionKit integration enables you to upload ActionKit reports directly into text campaigns. For short code users, it will also allow you to sync opt-ins to your short code subscriber list.
Set up your ActionKit Integration
Enable Credentials
- Log in to your ActionKit account.
- Navigate to Staff and select Add Staff User.
- Create a new user, noting the username and password.
- After creating the user, go to Permissions and enable the following:
- Active Account
- Admin Interface
- Superuser Status

Add Credentials
- Navigate to the Integrations page in Scale to Win Text and
- Click Add New Integration
- Select ActionKit.

- Complete the required fields with your ActionKit user credentials:
- Name Your Integration: If you have multiple ActionKit accounts enter a name that easily distinguishes between accounts so that you know which to select when importing contacts for a campaign
- Username: enter your username, not email
- Password
- ActionKit Web Domain: The domain name should look similar to this: scaletowin.actionkit.com, with your organization in place of scaletowin in this instance)

- Click Create. You will know the integration is successfully configured if no error message is returned.
Load Contacts
On step 3 of building your campaign (Load Contacts) select the ActionKit Sync option and enter your ActionKit Report ID in the corresponding field.
Click Load Contacts to proceed building your campaign.
