This feature enables organizations to define structured fields across subaccounts. These fields can then be applied to every campaign, improving organization, reporting, and oversight. ### **Configuring Campaign Metadata** **1.** Navigate to your **Organization Settings**, scroll to Campaign Metadata, and click **+ Add Metadata** Field. ![Screenshot 2026-08-04 at 1.17.49 PM](https://support.scaletowin.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screenshot%202026-08-04%20at%201.17.49%20PM.png?width=660&height=496&name=Screenshot%202026-08-04%20at%201.17.49%20PM.png) **2\.** From the New **Metadata Field** window, input a field name, select the field type (Single Select, Multi Select, State, User List, True/False, and Text), and optionally set a default value and required status. Click the pencil icon to update field names or values, and click the trash can icon to delete them.
