Short Code: Saved Search
With the Saved Search feature, you can use dynamic saved searches to segment your short code subscribers to more easily load your Subscriber list into campaigns and plan for more targeted sends.
Note: The Short Code page has been renamed Subscribers. To view your Subscriber audience and manage audience settings, navigate to the Subscribers link in your sidebar.

Using the Saved Search Feature
- From the Subscribers page (formerly Short Code page), you can use filter criteria to segment your short code subscribers.
- Click the blue button to Filter Contacts.

- When filters are applied, you can see the number of contacts that fit the filter criteria as well as the number of opted out contacts. Click on the Save Search button when you’re happy with the segment you’ve built.

- Enter a name for the search and click Save.

Optional: View and Edit your Saved Search
After you've saved your search, you can view all details, including:
- A description of the filters applied
- Who created the Saved Search and when
- The contact estimate the last time the Saved Search was applied (contacts and opted out contacts) and the date and time that it was last calculated
- A Refresh button to re-calculate the number of contacts
- Contacts that match the filters applied to the subscriber list (click View Contacts)

To Edit a Saved Search
- Click the pencil icon adjacent to the Saved Search you wish to edit.
- Update the filters, or add a filter group, then click Save Changes.

Use Saved Searches to Load Contacts in a Campaign
When building a campaign, you can use a Saved Search to load a subset of your short code subscribers into the campaign.
- On the Sending Numbers step, select your short code number.
- On the Load Contacts step, choose the Contact Load Method as Short Code Subscribers and click Import Filter Short Code Subscribers
Note: Saved Searches are dynamic. This means every time you load a saved search, Scale to Win Text will show an up-to-date list of subscribers that match your criteria.

Note: You can now manage your Keywords, Contact Fields and view your ActBlue Opt-Ins by clicking on the Audience Settings button.
