# When Will I Be Billed?

### **Non-Electoral Customers**
We issue a monthly invoice on the first business day of the month for the previous month’s entire text and dialer usage.
### **Electoral Customers**
During our regular billing cycle, we bill on the first business day of the month for the previous month's usage. During the month of your election, we bill our regular end-of-month invoice for all uncharged usage up to 10 days before the election, and we bill the final 10 days of the election the day after Election Day. We bill any usage after the election on our regular billing cycle.
For example, if your election is on November 3, you will receive a pre-election invoice on October 25 or later for all usage between October 1 and October 24. You'll receive the normal end-of-the-month bill on November 1 or later for usage between October 24 and October 31. Finally, on November 4, you will receive a post-election invoice for all usage between November 1 and November 3. We bill any usage after November 3 on the first business day of December.
