Getting Started with the Scale to Win Dialer

Organization Owner To-Do List

Welcome to the Scale to Win Dialer! Here is a quick to-do list to set you up for success:

  • Log in to the Dialer. If you are the Organization Owner, you must sign up for a Scale to Win Dialer user account via the welcome email. Can’t find your invite email? Submit a ticket to our Client Support team .

  • Add your team. You can invite new owners or admins at the Subaccount level. NOTE: As a security measure, Scale to Win staff will not add new users to your account outside of account onboarding.

  • Set up subaccounts, if you need them. With the Scale to Win Dialer, you can create subaccounts  to manage different calling programs from one place.

  • Set up a VAN integration. An integration with NGP VAN / EveryAction  allows you to load lists and sync campaign data. 

  • Set clicking conditions. By default, the Dialer requires a manual approval process called "clicking" before you can call cell and VOIP phone numbers (not landlines). Learn more about adjusting your clicking settings here .

  • Request the text message question type (optional). If you plan to use the Dialer’s text message question , which allows your callers to send texts during live calls, you will need to submit the "Enable Dialer Text Messaging" form. To submit, head to the “Messaging” section of your subaccount Settings to request this feature be turned on and have a phone number assigned.

  • Build your first campaign! After you've set up any desired integrations, you’re ready to start calling! Follow the steps in our Build a Campaign  article to get started. 

  • Add callers. After creating your campaign, you’ll have a Caller Link that your callers will use to connect to the Dialer. Share this video with them!
